Q: Is my initial consultation free?

A: Yes.

Q: Who are your clients?

A: While no client is identical to another, we serve individuals and families with liquid net worth of $1 million to $15 million.  Our clients are long term investors who don't let main stream media shake their investment strategies. Our clients care deeply about how they invest their money, how it impacts the global and local community, and how their heirs continue their legacy.

Q: What will our first meeting with Mission Private Wealth look like?

A: We will use your time wisely to understand your financial life, and why your money is important to you.  If you prefer, our initial consultation will provide you with insight into our process, our team and how we serve you, our investment philosophy and process, our performance metrics, and the costs associated with our services.  We want our clients to understand and experience their financial lives with clarity.

Q: What do your services cost?

A: We have three primary financial plans we offer: (1) MissionLaunch™ which is geared toward younger clients to initiate healthy financial planning habits early on.  Our goal is to serve people who fall into this category so they can afford our services, and be stewards of their family legacy. Our price for this service is flexible for that reason. (2) MissionRetire™ is ideal for clients within 5 years of retirement and is geared to a pure retirement plan with emphasis on secure retirement income.   (3) MissionPeak™ places emphasis on how families will realize their legacy and ultimate financial goals.  

We cover all the areas of the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ standard process for all three levels of service, however a Mission Launch plan may take 5 hours to complete, while a Mission Peak plan might take 10 hours to complete; so cost varies between $1500 and $3500.

To manage investment portfolios, we charge a flat percentage ranging between 1% and 1.60% depending upon portfolio values.  

We provide life, long term care, disability, and annuities to our clients.  Typically these type of services and policies pay a commission to your advisor.

Q: When and where will we meet?

A: We offer 3 different meeting options: (1) In person in our Orcutt, CA office, (2) in person in our San Luis Obispo, CA office, and (3) virtually via video conference.  We have clients from all parts of the world and will make every effort to make our meeting easy for you.  

We don't accept walk-ins, and only take pre-scheduled meetings.  Our intent is to make good use of your time so you can get back to your life.

Our Orcutt office hours are Tuesday/Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm.  

Our San Luis office hours are Monday/Wednesday from 9 am to 5 pm.

Q: How often do you meet with your clients?

A: Because no two situations are identical, meeting frequency will vary as well.  Our initial planning process requires 3 to 4 meetings. After your plan has been implemented, regular check-ins ranging from semi-annual to annual is recommended and most effective to keep communication and your plan in tip top shape. We do not restrict the number of times we will meet with you.
